Our People

Our People

Schwarz Quant is built by people who are exceptional in their own fields. They come from different countries, cultures, faiths and educational paths, and each brings a different way of seeing a problem.

What they share is simple. They take ownership. They know how to start a task, see it through to the end, and do it without needing to be chased. We hire for ability, character and curiosity, and we look at the person, not the label.

We are different, and that is deliberate. Questioning assumptions works best when people don’t all start from the same ones. Behind the work, we are a team of friends who trust and look out for each other.
